Circa 1800
The drum-shaped case surmounted by a flower-filled basket flanked to each side by a cockerel head, on strapwork frame with a pair of seated chimera supports and central upright with foliate ornament, on a breakfront marble base with putti relief panels and toupie feet, the 4 1/2 in. white enamel dial with Arabic numerals and pierced latten hands, the twin train movement with countwheel strike on a bell
41cm high. It is in excellent condition and works perfect!
