Repairs

Our shop is internationally known for our expertise and service in the repair and restoration of antique clocks and watches.  The shop itself grew out of a successful repair business, and our dedicated staff have over 50 years of repair experience between them. Although we are skilled at repair and restoration of clocks and watches of all types, repairs of Grandfather and Black Forest clocks are our special favourites!

We will ship repaired clocks anywhere free of charge, so if you live overseas and want a clock repaired, come and see us at our Portobello Road location. (You’ll find it easily, just follow the crowd!)

Estimates for repairs are given free. If you are unable to bring it into the shop right away, send us pictures of the clock and we will see what we can do. We accept all payment methods for repairs, and trade for clock repair will be considered. The shop is an accredited member of the NAWCC and the BHI.

We generally aim for a 2-week turnaround time for normal repairs. It may take longer if the clock requires parts to be made on site.

We also repair barometers and automata, so bring your music boxes and singing birds!
